Cassie Eschenbach

A Wisconsin native, Cassie graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a B.S. in Accounting, a minor in Real Estate, and an MBA. While her background includes over 15 years of corporate experience across operations, strategic planning, and team development, her foundation in homebuilding began much earlier as the daughter of a custom home builder, shaping her appreciation for craftsmanship and meaningful design. At Front Light Building Co., Cassie plays a key role in driving growth and market expansion, bringing a strategic, people-first approach to the business. She loves being part of a team that helps bring clients’ dreams to life—creating homes that foster connection, comfort, and lasting memories. Outside of work, Cassie enjoys exploring the Lowcountry with her family, spending time by the water, and experiencing the region’s food, culture and history. Fun fact: Her earliest “job site experience” started as a kid walking framed homes alongside her dad—an influence that still shapes her work today.
