Pricing Analyst

Andrew Deer brings over seven years of experience in the construction industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Resource Management from Clemson University. Andrew started his building career in large commercial construction. Being in the field, he was able to learn the ins and outs of building and truly grasped each piece that went into completing a build. From there, he took his career another step further and learned the art of estimating, pricing, and budgeting, which he has been doing for most of the years. At Front Light, Andrew enjoys completing takeoffs on blueprints, communicating with the subcontractors to ensure the best pricing and quality, and pricing each home for all of our special clients. If he’s not at work, he will either be enjoying a nice trip to the NC mountains, fishing / hunting, or relaxing with his three dogs. Andrew loves to lend a helping hand to the rest of the Front Light team and also makes them laugh!
