The process typically begins with a complimentary idea session, which can be scheduled by phone or email.

We provide complete custom home construction services, including assisting with lot selection, designing or modifying floor plans, guiding hard selections, and managing all permitting and construction.

Clients work directly with our Director of Design, often in a comprehensive two- to three-day session held in our design studio to select finishes and materials. For those seeking a more tailored experience, customized design sessions outside of the studio are also available.

Yes. Front Light offers a secure client portal with 24/7 access, allowing homeowners to track progress, selections, timelines, documents and communication in one convenient place.

Yes. We work with clients who already own land, as well as those who need assistance purchasing a lot.

You may begin with one of our existing plan sets and customize it to meet your needs or collaborate with an architect and us to design a fully custom home from the ground up.
