Delton N. Cunningham, CPA, brings more than 35 years of experience, including over 25 years in senior leadership roles across the homebuilding, real estate, and flooring industries. He began his career with Arthur Andersen and has since served as COO, CFO, President, and CEO for regional homebuilders, a real estate and hospitality firm, a major flooring distributor, and a publicly traded medical device manufacturer.

Delton’s passion for accounting runs deep and spans generations. Both his father and his son hold accounting degrees—his father served as an IRS agent, and his son is currently a Senior Manager with Deloitte in Atlanta. He is especially proud that his oldest granddaughter plans to major in accounting this fall, continuing a family tradition that spans generations.

Delton is guided by the principle that Front Light should never build a home that he-or any member of the team-would not be proud to live in. He believes homeowners deserve the same quality, craftsmanship, and care the team expects in their own homes.

A University of Florida graduate, Delton was born in Pensacola and raised in the Tampa Bay area. He and his wife, Robin, have three children and five grandchildren and now call the Lowcountry home.
