Warranty and Field Services Coordinator

Nic Williamsen brings decades of hands-on experience in custom woodworking and home projects to his role at Front Light Building Co., along with seven years specializing in custom cabinetry and trim. His background provides him with a deep understanding of craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail. Now in his second year working in warranty, Nic is dedicated to ensuring each home continues to meet the highest standards long after completion. A Bluffton native and graduate of Bluffton High School, Nic went on to earn his associate degree from the Technical College of the Lowcountry. In addition to his technical expertise, he has years of customer service experience, allowing him to connect easily with homeowners and create a positive, approachable experience. He values the personal relationships built at Front Light, where each homeowner feels like family, and appreciates the opportunity to meet and work with a wide range of great people throughout the process. Outside of work, Nic spends much of his time on the baseball field, coaching players ages 9 to 18 in both travel and high school programs. As a coach, he is proud to be a back-to-back South Carolina high school state champion. When he’s not coaching, he enjoys boating on the May River and spending time with his girlfriend, Mia, and their dog, May, and cat, Barley.
