  • We start with a friendly Meet and Greet Session where we get to know each other. We’ll chat about the scope, your preferred design style and an estimated budget range for your project.
  • This is where we’ll explore your unique space needs, the design aesthetics you love, any desired site improvements and all the personal details that will make your custom home truly yours.
STEP 2

Design

Conceptual plans

  • Once the Pre-Construction Agreement is signed, we’ll bring on the perfect architect to transform your wonderful ideas into your conceptual floor plan.
  • We’ll then submit those plans to your specific community for review.
  • Finally, your estimated budget range will be thoughtfully revised to reflect the approved conceptual floor plan.
STEP 3

Select

Final plans and selections

  • Once the final pricing is complete, we’ll present your build contract for your review and approval.
  • We’ll finalize a complete set of construction plans, working closely with your specific community to ensure the best design, innovation and client needs are met within your budget.
  • We take care of submitting all necessary permits with the municipalities.
  • You’ll enjoy making your final selections alongside the expert Front Light Design Team.
