Senior Project Manager

Chip Adams is a Senior Project Manager with a lifelong passion for building and craftsmanship. Chip began his journey by studying business management at a community college in Minnesota while graduating from a union carpenter training program. With over 48 years of residential construction experience, Chip has built a reputation for quality, reliability, and expertise. Chip successfully owned and operated a home building business for 26 years across Minnesota and Wisconsin, holding general contractor licenses in both states. In addition to his construction background, Chip earned a private and commercial pilot license with an instrument rating and aerobics ,reflecting his drive for precision and challenge. Chip currently holds South Carolina licenses in residential home inspection and real estate. At Front Light, Chip takes pride in helping bring homes to life from the ground up, knowing each project becomes the foundation for lasting family memories. Outside of work, Chip enjoys spending time with his wife of 44 years, traveling, and going on cruises. Chip values time with his three grown children and cheering on his eight grandchildren at their sporting events. In his downtime, Chip enjoys golfing and watching NFL football—remaining a loyal Minnesota Vikings fan and hopeful for a future Super Bowl win. In his younger years, Chip also had a passion for aerobatic flying and embraced the thrill of being a daredevil.
