Director of Construction

Craig West brings over a decade of experience in the construction and home building industry to his role as Director of Construction at Front Light Building Co. He began his career as a superintendent for a local production builder and has since worked his way into high-end custom home construction, developing strong expertise in managing projects from the ground up with a focus on quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship. He works closely with trade partners and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly, building strong relationships that support consistent execution and high-quality results.

At Front Light, Craig values being part of a team that genuinely cares about doing things the right way. He appreciates the close collaboration between the field, design, and operations teams, along with the shared attention to detail that makes each project both successful and rewarding. He takes pride in contributing to a company that prioritizes not only quality construction but also strong, lasting client relationships.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams, spending time with his wife and family, and taking small road trips for quick adventures.
