Mary Weathersbee

Warranty Manager and Business Operations Coordinator

Originally from Assonet, Massachusetts, Mary moved to Sterling, Virginia with her family in 1992, where she gained extensive experience in construction while working with a large REIT company in Arlington, Virginia. She has truly enjoyed working in the construction industry and loves seeing homes built from the ground up.

Mary and her family—her husband Evan, son Ethan, and daughter Mya—have called Bluffton home for the past 12 years.

She has been with Front Light for 8 years, where she works closely with the construction team and manages the warranty department. Mary takes great pride in her work and is dedicated to ensuring that every homeowner and client is well taken care of. She also enjoys organizing company culture events that bring the team together.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling with her family to support her daughter’s competitive cheer events and her son’s track meets. She also values spending quality time with her large extended family and working on home improvement projects with her husband. The family’s newest addition, Maple—their energetic Aussiedoodle puppy—keeps everyone on their toes and brings plenty of joy to their home.
