Sara Williamsen

Design Coordinator

Sara Williamsen has had a passion for art and design from an early age, inspired by her father, who works in the construction and home design industry. Growing up around the craft, she developed a love for creating beautiful, functional spaces. She earned her Associate of Arts from a local technical college and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Berkeley College, graduating Summa Cum Laude, along with coursework in interior design.

She began her journey in residential construction and home design with Front Light as an intern, spending two years developing her skills before joining the team full-time after graduation in 2024.

At Front Light, Sara values the close-knit, family-like atmosphere and the pride the team takes in every home they build. In her role, she enjoys collaborating with her team, engaging with clients who bring a variety of design styles, contributing to marketing materials and social media efforts, and constantly learning across the various departments and aspects of construction. She loves helping bring each design vision to life, appreciating the process as it unfolds from concept to completion while building meaningful relationships with homeowners.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys boating on the May River, spending time with friends and family, golfing with her boyfriend, and styling and personalizing her own new home.
