Tom Grieve

VICE PRESIDENT OF THE LOWCOUNTRY MARKET

Originally from San Antonio, TX, Tom moved to the Lowcountry to pursue his love of homebuilding. He began his career in 2001 as a hands-on superintendent for a small custom home builder on Hilton Head Island.

After being self-employed for over ten years and building homes in various communities in Bluffton, Tom took on a role as Project Manager for a national building company, where he learned how to lay a foundation, cut in a roof and do everything in between. When he didn’t have a toolbelt on, he was studying the business and eventually obtained his builder’s license.

It was in this capacity that Tom fine-tuned his skills in communication, customer relations, processes and procedures. Tom has a great eye for detail and strives to build quality homes as he treats every home like it is his own.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Angelique, have been married nineteen years and have three children – Tommy (who is currently serving in the United States Army), Avery, and Cole. Tom is an active participant in the community and sits on the board as VP of Operations for Bluffton Youth Sports. He is also a dedicated baseball coach for his son as well as an assistant coach for his daughter’s softball team.
