Victoria Brown
Plans Development Coordinator
Victoria Brown brings a passion for working with clients and guiding projects to her role as Plans Development Coordinator at Front Light Building Co. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism with a specialization in Tourism and Special Events from Radford University. During her time there, she completed an internship with Marriott Vacation Club and was part of the 2018 award-winning intern project team. She is also an Alpha Kappa Psi alumna.
With over 12 years of experience in hospitality and 1.5 years in the residential construction and home design industry, Victoria offers a thoughtful and client focused approach to the early stages of the building process. She works closely with homeowners to navigate plans development and approvals, ensuring each detail is carefully considered from the very beginning.
At Front Light, Victoria enjoys walking clients through the process from initial ideas to fully developed plans, helping bring their vision to life in a way that reflects how they truly live. She values getting to know each client and what works best for their lifestyle, while collaborating with architects, vendors, and county teams to bring all the moving pieces together before construction begins. She especially appreciates that no two projects are the same and enjoys the opportunity to learn something new with each one.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband, Deon, and their dog, Rubie. She loves being outdoors and taking advantage of the Lowcountry lifestyle, whether going to the beach, being out on the water, going for walks, or cycling. She has recently taken up running and enjoys staying active in her church community.
